This elegant Cap Classique made from the most pristine block of chardonnay on our property, has classic brioche hints and faint lemon scents on the nose with a creamy complexity on the palate, giving the wine great finesse.

Other	Made in the traditional way, this sparkling wine is made only using the cuvee (first pressings) and fermented in older barrique. After spending 36 months on the lees, the wine was carefully degorged to produce this refined and elegant Blanc de Blancs.
