Blackcurrant leaf, bell pepper & green fig flavours immediately showcase the energy and the tension that this wine has. The palate delivers an interesting salinity and oyster shell character which we partly attribute to both the origin of the grapes and influence of the Amphora. The bright acidity merges well with the creamy and silky texture this wine has developed in the Amphora.
