A brooding Shiraz with heaps of white pepper spice, ripe plums, violets, cinnamon and a hint of liquorice on the nose. The palate is super elegant and soft with all the flavours pulling through to the palate.

Other	Most of the work happens in the vineyard. In the cellar, 5 days of cold soak and with enough delestage. After fermentation, the wine spends another 30 days on the skins. Malolactic fermentation in barrel. A winemaker’s selection of the six best barrels, 80% new French Oak, matured for 16 month prior to being bottled unfiltered and un-fined.
