Allee Bleue Nectar Noir 2025
Allee Bleue Nectar Noir 2025
Nectar Noir is confident luxury, not quiet luxury. In the glass it moves like black silk, deep, glossy and slow. The nose is couture: crushed black plum and mulberry, layered with violets, Madagascan vanilla, toasted cedar and dark chocolate. There is a flicker of espresso crema and smoked oak. On the palate it is pure velvet. Silky, smooth and draped, with a touch of natural sweetness that rounds the edge the way honey rounds a single malt. Ripe black cherry, liquorice and smoked plum glide over fine-grained tannins that feel tailored, like a bespoke suit lining. The finish is long, warm and polished.

Fermented with a Rhône yeast, gentle pump overs twice daily, then extended maceration on skins for that cashmere texture. Malolactic fermentation finished in barrel for a creamy, velvety mouthfeel. |
